California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice” or “Notice”) provides limited information to California residents only about how Allegiance Gold, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information (as defined below). For more details about our privacy practices and any privacy rights you may have, please see our Privacy Policy. Neither this Notice nor the Privacy Policy apply to Personal Information we collect from or about job applicants, employees, or independent contractors.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that personally identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you (“Personal Information”), including:

  • Identifiers such as name, date of birth, social security number, driver’s license number, mailing address, email address, phone number, IP address;
  • Characteristics of Protected Classifications under California or federal law such as age, marital status, parental status;
  • Commercial Information such as transaction history, product interests and inquiries, communications with us, and information related to your financial matters such as retirement account information, checking or savings account number and routing number, and beneficiary information;
  • Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information such as page visited, advertisement with which you interacted, device ID, operating system, referring/exit pages, browsing/search history, browser type;
  • Audio, Electronic, Visual, Thermal, Olfactory, or Similar Information such as call recordings, video or audio testimonials or endorsements;
  • Inferences drawn from the above categories of Personal Information that relate to your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes (e.g., topical interests, consumer response models, propensity to purchase models);
  • Personal Information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) to the extent collected under another category of Personal Information above.

Some of the Personal Information listed above may be considered “sensitive” under relevant privacy laws. This includes social security numbers, driver’s license and other government identification card information. We refer to this type of Personal Information as “Sensitive Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy. Each type of Sensitive Personal Information may overlap with a category of Personal Information listed above.

How We Use Information

We may use Personal Information for business purposes, as explained below:

We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes beyond those exempted by regulations issued under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Third-Party Selling and Sharing

We may sell or share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising), and we have sold or shared in the past twelve months, Personal Information with third parties who are not our Service Providers (“Third Parties”) as follows:

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your Personal Information for as long as we have a relationship with you. We also retain your Personal Information for a period of time after our relationship with you has ended where there is an ongoing business need to retain it. This includes retention to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, and/or accounting obligations, to remarket to you, and to maintain our anti-fraud and security programs.
